The owner, Thejes Khan, started the business from her home kitchen which has now grown into a fully-fledged manufacturing factory . As she explains ?.? My hobby turned into a MONSTER!!? Forest Fairies Sweet Company offers a varied and unique range of traditional treats. Our confectionery is crafted using the finest natural ingredients to ensure that every bite is an indulgent pleasure. Exceptional attention is given to every detail in the traditional processes of producing nougat, toffee, caramel & brittle, which means that the company can offer sweets of an unsurpassed quality. Special treats, corporate gifts, or just plain indulgent comfort- there is a Forest Fairies traditional treat to suit every mood or occasion. Thejes Khan, director and founder of Forest Fairies Sweet Company, has expressed her self- taught scientific and artistic skills in her chocolate and sweet creations. She loves to make people happy and this love permeates her creations. Each sweet is filled with different textures, colours and tastes that include layers of hard and soft chocolate, nuts, and melt in your mouth nougat. This creativity has given birth to world firsts such as the Nougat Pops line, known for its colourful look and unique taste. Another first is the wildly popular Crčme Nougat in a jar. The company appeals to anyone with a penchant for quality confectionary. Clients become fans of the brand because they cannot find a similar product in the market, an indulgence that is hard to replicate due to Thejes? secret recipes. The sweets are made in 100% hygienic and appropriate surroundings, in a factory, which houses highly dedicated 50 odd staff, who have been trained to provide end products which are of international standards.
