Kingfisher, The

The Kingfisher was established in 1996 having acquired the fishing division from an old household name Kings Sports, known to generations of sportsmen and fishing enthusiasts alike. Our core business is wholesaling fishing tackle to all Retail stores throughout Southern Africa. Our product range is largely imported from all corners of the globe anchored by our exclusive distribution rights of the famous brand of Daiwa rods and reels. Besides other popular international brands under the umbrella we have also developed very successful private labels under the Kingfisher brand. There are also a number of local manufacturers who rely on our infrastructure to market their wares.
