Chemical Specialities (Pty) Ltd was started by the late Peter Dykins in Durban in 1957. This originally family owned business has grown to be a significant force in the South African market and as an exporter, and currently employs in excess of 600 people world wide. This growth was the result of the management team's inspiration for innovation and constant striving to produce products that give customers added value, and to become a leading global paint company.
